Luckily the car rental service at Dublin airport meant that I had a vehicle to explore the rest of the city with my friend whilst the boys went to watch the football. I should have known better. I took my laptop with me on a spring break trip with my friends. It had all of my classwork on it, plus a very important research paper that is due in two days. It took me forever to research and write. I woke up in the hotel room and my computer was gone. My friends all deny taking it, and I believe them. There was a big party, and people were coming in and out all night. It’s long gone now. If only I had protected my work with online backup storage. I have no idea how I will get this paper turned in now.
