Andy works for a call center that recruits students for college.  Many of Andy’s employees work from home.  He has been having problems with the connections between his network and the home employees.  Andy needs to hire another network specialist to help keep the network from crashing.  Andy has been in touch with an IT Staffing solutions agency to see if they could find someone that is highly qualified right away.  Andy did not want to go through the normal channel of placing ads.  He knows that the staffing companies that he works with are highly qualified to find the right person for him.
