NLP has been called many things but in reality it is just a process for modelling excellence. To do this you need to have a model of excellence that you can watch and question. By understanding what happens in the mind of your model and also be able to discriminate between what is idiosyncratic and what is necessary to perform the skill you can build up a model of excellence. NLP then gives you the opportunity to develop this into training interventions and install the model into yourself or others. Using this sort of a process you can create great change in individuals and organisations alike.
