Pregnancy Hinders Career Potential
My husband and I finally made that big decision. Yes, we’re planning to get pregnant. When, is the key question. I have worked very hard to get where I am with this company. He is a freelance writer so he doesn’t quite get my struggle up the corporate ladder. I know if I suddenly go out on maternity leave, it’s going to set me back. But, then again, I have to look at the bigger picture and I don’t want to be too old when I go to conceive. I’d say we’ll probably try in earnest in about a year or so.
