A drive out into the country revealed a big surprise for Sally and Dave.  They were looking to upgrade their home and were looking for new home developers in the west midlands.  They had gone out for a drive when they came across a new development not far from where they currently live.  They were very interested in this development as it meant that they wouldn’t have to commute any further to their jobs.  They had a look round and found a lovely three bedroom house with a double garage and a garden.  They have now sold their old home and are just about to move in to the new one.
