My husband recently bought me several flats of beautiful annuals, and they are exactly what I wanted! One thing that we didn’t realize was that several of the flowers are prone to attracting pests, and that meant we might have to put out slug bait or some other pest deterrent. I was reluctant to do that since we have pets, so we decided to place several plants in a planter and place them around our front walkway. It has been fun to see what arrangement looks best, and my flowers are protected from being eaten. I am looking forward to enjoying my blooms all summer long!
