I have been thinking about putting up my condo online for sale.  The market was so low before this, but now is starting to level off in my area.  I know that there are definitely better times to do this kind of stuff.  But I feel that the time is now for me.  If I don’t get out of here now then I am never going to get out of here.  The Toronto Real Estate Agent that I talked with told me that he thinks I can make some good money if I sold my condo today.  Otherwise I am stuck.
