Being Fitted for Theatrical Contact Lenses
Although most Theatrical Contact Lenses do not require a prescription, you do have to visit an optometrist. This is because they make different sizes of lenses and you must know what your measurements are before you can purchase your lenses. You simply visit your local optometrist’s office and tell them that you are purchasing theatrical contact lenses and need your eyes measured for the right fit. He will then begin measuring for the perfect fitting lenses. They must measure the pupil area, the cornea or colored area and the sclera in order for you to get the correct fitting lens.
