In my occupation, I work with Spanish speaking clients on a daily basis, which is difficult because although I know the basics of the language I am in no way fluent in it. My bosses recognized that I might have a need to learn the language and become fluent in order to continue to do my job properly and help keep our clients happy, so they advised me that I would be taking a Spanish course and they would pay for it! I was extremely happy because I have always loved the language but couldn’t afford to take the classes on my own.
