Two months ago I moved into my Woodbridge house in Irvine California. It’s a two bedroom two bath townhouse and I like it very much. One thing that I noticed that I’ve been getting a lot of lately is mail from the previous owner. It seems like every day I’m getting a letter for a Mr. Aaron Pearson. The next time I saw the mailman I told him that I’m the new owner of the house and that any mail coming there with a name other than mine should be forwarded back to Mr. Pearson. The mailman thanked me for the information.
