A good friend of mine is a realtor in Colombia, and she loves it. She said that it is fun to help young people who are just starting out. She mostly shows them the wide variety of medellin apartments that she has available. The reason she shows them is because she knows their money is tight and the apartments are much more affordable than a home. They are also really nice, which makes the price seem even better. If I ever move there I will definitely get an apartment. I have seen many of the apartments that my daughter shows and they are divine.
